Why is there a waiting period for preorder items?

Can I cancel or modify a preorder?

You may request a cancellation or modification within a limited period after placing your order. Once the item is scheduled for dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition.

For defective or incorrect items, a 30-day return or replacement is available. A video recorded during the unboxing process, along with photos of the item, is required to process such claims.

Are preorder items eligible for return?

Do I need crypto knowledge to access it?

No. The access process is designed to be simple and does not require prior crypto or blockchain experience.

Is the digital collectible mandatory?

No. Participation is optional and does not affect the quality, functionality, or use of the physical garment.

How do I receive access?

Instructions are included in the package and can be completed after you receive your garment, at your own pace.

What does the digital collectible (NFT) provide?

It functions as a collectible element connected to the item and may grant access to selected brand content, updates, or future experiences.

Do I own the digital collectible?

Yes. Once accessed, ownership of the collectible token belongs to you and it may be transferred or sold in accordance with the platform's functionality.

What happens if I return the garment?

If the physical item is returned, access associated with the digital collectible may be revoked.
